CallRunner IVR Testing

CallRunner is CtiPath’s proprietary automated IVR monitoring and load testing platform. It can work in a monitoring mode, where it makes periodic test calls into an environment, or in a load testing mode, where it makes many simultaneous calls at once, to stress test IVR systems.
